Summary: , is the best place to go biking . Anyhow...I hope in time that more U.S. cities will adopt a more pedestrian-oriented or at least a more pedestrian-freindly environment. The German city of Freiburg , even with a mere 100,000 residents (think Sioux Falls), has a tram system and a developed downtown pedestrian zone (as in no cars). (not to mention a strange gutter system ). One
