1. I haven't been to a whole lot of places. But Maine is probably the most beautiful place. There's always something to do. Skiing in the winter,the beach in the summer,and the most amazing fall.

3. Maine gets to -30 degrees regularly in the winter; puerto rico has dangerous hurricanes several times a year. If you want a safe place, a big city, a perfect climate, closeness to both mountains, desert and ocean, I think Melbourne, Australia would probably be the best.
4. I personally belief it is California, but many people I have asked suggested Singapore or Hong Kong in Asia. United States in one of the best place to reside because of it's diverse culture, land, clean environment and opportunity
