3. I have only been to N.C. once and it was a day trip with my hubby from my in-laws place in S.C. We went to the Biltmore Mansion in Asheville. It was beuatiful... and HUGE! You can tour the house, the gardens, the winery and you can also sample wines.

Mountains:Cherokee or Franklin for Gold mining, mountain hiking, camping,.ect Peidmont:Greensbor for Wet and Wild Emerald Point water park, Greensboro Science Center(Natural Science Center)Raleigh, Science History Art Museums, Gov. Buildings Beach:Fort Fisher, NC Aquarium, Civil War Museum Wilmington, Battleship, Shopping
