1. i lived in greensboro north carolina for 14 years (still sorry i left). the weather is fine, we get a bit of everything, summers hot and a bit sticky, winters cool to cold (with some occasional snow and ice) lots of schools and colleges in close surrounding area and quite a modern place, yet still containing some history. close to mountains (about 2-3 hour drive) and close to beaches (about 2-3 hours drive)
