where are good places for folk rock musicians to play in and around North Carolina?

I`m planning on moving to North Carolina,is there much going on for acoustic folk rock musicians as far as places to play ?I write my own stuff and play covers of stuff like Beatles,Neil Young,Strawbs,Cat Stevens,James Taylor ,Eagles etc.

1. You might try coming on down to the upstate of South Carolina and looking around. I hesitate to tell you actual places online, but honestly do come down this way!! Hendersonville, N.C.and that area is good for your style of entertainment, too. Lot's of cozy little places to get some audience... Good luck, and happy playing!!
2. so I am an OBSESSED Neil Young fan... the best place for you sounds like Asheville, NC or Boone, NC... both are GREAT PLACES...check them out!
