What are the best places to visit while in Colorado?

3. Colorado is a big state. There's tons of things to see and do. What part of Colorado are you going to be in? I am a native Coloradoan...we are a dying breed. :-D I can recommend many fun and exciting things to do if you tell me where you'll be. Denver area? Southern Colorado? Western Slope? Colorado is the 8th largest state in the nation. It would take you anywhere from 8+ hours just to drive straight across it. Please give more details so we give better suggestions!
