whats the best tourist place in savanahh georgia to go visit?

Im from Miami and im going to visit Savanahh Georgia in December. Wheres the best place to go visit? Which hotel is affordable but nice to stay at?? where do you recommend me to go see......

1. take the carriage ride to see the old mansions ,i dont know what affordable is to you so i can say
2. And, eat at THE PIRATE HOUSE restaurant. It dates back to the 1700s, when pirates actually came there.
3. I'd like to recommend a short drive to Tybee Island. Visit the Museum and Light House while there. Also, a VERY interesting place in downtown Savannah is the Maritime Museum. You won't be sorry. And certainly the graveyard on the main drive going into Savannah. Not too far from downtown Savannah. A few historic figures buried there.
