Are Jefferson and Commerce Georgia nice places to live?

we are considering relocating to Georgia next year.

1. commerence seems like a nice place to live...have all the outlet malls there and people seem very friendly around town, been there a few times
2. Yes they are, I used to live in Jefferson for 18 years. Atlanta is definitely moving towards Jackson county, with lots of new subdivisions sprouting up.
3. They are very nice places to live but a little pricey.
4. Jefferson is great, we have a new Kroger with a Starbucks inside and a lot of other stores coming soon. It is really easy to get around, 20 minutes to Athens, 20 minutes to the Mall of GA, 20 minutes to Commerce, 20 minutes to Gainsville. You can really take advantage of Jefferson because if you get in here soon you will be able to buy at good prices before things get too high.
5. FURTHER SOUTH,you got to get away from atl,the further south tou go the better.
6. Not really, unless you like sparseness and not much in the community
