where is the best place to live in connecticut usa??

1. Hartford. Everything else is the exactly the same snotty area.
2. Norwalk Conneticutt.. It is beautiful and somewhat secluded.. It is spectactular in the winter
3. The City of Hartford, for all of its past problems, has become quite a cool little place to live. Housing has improved, there are new restaurants and places to shop, and crime has gone down. It's CT's only real urban center worth speaking about.
