2. I would say Canada. It's industrialized, tolerant, and they have an awesome flag =] But these countries/states would also be as tolerant: Belgium, Canada, Massachusetts, USA, Netherlands, South Africa, Spain International recognition: Aruba, Dutch Antilles, Israel, NEW YORK!! (Oh, I love NYC.)
3. CANADA!!! I just love it here, and would never move. if you're every visiting canada, go to british columbia, it's so beautiful

6. The official rankings do indeed say Norway but it's expensive. How good is your Norwegian ? My choice would be Vancouver. Ian M
