My picks: Best: TEXAS!. Washington state, Colorado (outside of the large cities,) Tennessee, Alabama and Mississippi's Gulf Coast regions, South Carolina, North Carolina Worst: California, North Dakota, Minnesota, Connecticut, Vermont, Kentucky, Florida

- Worst any major city. Crowded, loud, traffic & no one speaks English anymore! Best The south, in the country. Except TN.
