1. Ross--->lots of cheap brand name stuff. They have Ralph Lauren, Diesel, Le Tigre, Guess, LeSportSac, Roxy, lots of great brands.
2. Woodbury Common Premium Outlets, Waterloo Premium Outlets, and Tanger Outlets.
3. Go to Century 21. A serious discount department store in lower Manhattan. Go before noon to avoid the crowds. They carry from high end European designers all the way to Levi. It puts a Filene's or Marshalls to shame. They also have shoes, handbags and cosmetics. For cheap and trendy try shopping on Broadway in Soho. Century 21 is located immediately across the street from Ground Zero. Have fun shopping!
