4. A "good" job and a "good" cheap house? Or a job and a cheap house? The 1st, you're going to have a hard time finding, The second, easier. But you're not going to be living in a good area. Now, you can have a good job, but to have a cheap house odds are you going to have to live futher away from where you work. It really depends on what you want to do for a job, your education and skillset.
