Is the united states the best place to live?

I mean because they have tons of immigrants from different places. Is it the best place to live or is it somewhere else like... England, Canada, China, Russia, Austrailia?

2. I think switzerland won the best standard of living this year. (they rank everybody yearly)
3. Many places are considered better places to live than the united states. When they rank countries, several european countries always rank higher, norway e.g. Many other countries are considered better, especially if you have the money. It is quite possible, that for the people on the lower end of the wage scale, the united states is hard to beat.
4. It's not at all the best place to live, but maybe the easiest to get into.
5. It all depends on what you are looking for? The United States is huge and offers all kinds of weather and terrain: beaches, mountains, valleys, big cities, small towns, deserts, and forests. You can find almost anything you want. Even the standards of living vary from state to state and town to town. There is something here for everyone.
