Why are there a bunch of crazy teenagers in places like Colorado...?

and Nebraska? Do snow days make kids snap? Why are caucasian teens so violent in those places? I wanted to move to someplace with a lot of snow but now I'm scared to. Not for my life but because I have kids. The statistics in those places are way to high. Is it the weather? What is causing it?

1. I think it is the neglect of the parents and the plethora of violent video games; they innure the teens to violence and it becomes a game to them and loses all it's reality and human aspect. Your best bet as far as snow, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts and New York. Maine is rather extreme weather if you're not used to it.
