  1. Been to colorado a couple of times Drive until you see a farm pull into his drivway beep horn incase of dogs tell him what you need tell him you know the golden rule if the gates open leave it open if its closed close it behind you farmers HATE COYOTE'S more than tresspasers he may even join you. invest in a rabbit call works great. I live on the edge of the city and hunt in my yard. have killed 20+coyotes there is more not less. luck. ps on private property no closed season.
  2. Well seeing as how I actually LIVE IN COLORADO.. I will give you a good answer. Around Grand Junction there really isn't good Coyote hunting. In fact there isn't really any good coyote hunting until you get around the plains area. East Colorado. If you want some really good hunting and you got time to travel... Go to Julesburg, Ovid, Sedgwick, area. Good plains area and river. Easy hunting. If you are not able to travel that far then you could try the border of UT. CO. Fruita area. But I can tell you that they are few and far between. Good luck. Good luck.
