Where is the best place to live in the entire world? Please see explanation before responding.?

I would like to know on a domestic and international basis where is the best place to live in the world. This could be locally in the states or include international cities and places. Please answer why you think this as well. Be detailed, if you would like me to chose your answer as the best one.

1. There is no one perfect place because we are all individuals. My old boyfriend thinks Hawaii is perfect. With my skin complexion, I view that location as an expensive, pretty Hades. Some of my Australian friends moved to Thailand because of the nice people, cheap economy, etc. They also have to deal with occasional political/military coups, bad sanitation, and really hot,humid weather. One of my Irish friends moved back to Ireland after being in the US for 2 decades. She is "home", but home has changed. Additionally, the cost of living there is drastically higher than here. The perfect place is most likely a romanticized version of something from your childhood.
2. There are as many 'perfect' places as there are people. Like in "Different strokes for different folks" - - - "One man's meat is another man's poison" and so on.
