What is the best state or city in the United States to live in if you want health Insurance?

Is there a city in the US where virtually everyone is covered by health insurance? Does this exist. Please tell me everything that you can. Thank you. I will definitely give ten points to the best answer.

3. in nc you have to pay up the but i pay $1200 a month for my wife and I my brother pays $450 in tennessee for him and his wife
4. I would say Massachusetts where it is required that everyone have health insurance if you can't afford the premiums the govt helps. It is probably easier to qualify for assistance in a smaller city than a big urban area like Boston

I hate to break it to you, but the people of this nation have voted against everything on earth that could be even remotely good for the not rich for so long that we the people no longer matter at all. We have voted ourselves into nothing but cheap labor, to be used, abused, and left to die when we're used up. The only way for most people to avoid horrific poverty now and in the future would be to leave the country we love and beg Canadians, Europeans, or Japanese to have mercy on us.....elections have consequences.
