What is the best place in the south pacific to live, for little money?

I am a dissabled U.S. vet collecting social securety. I cant afford to stay in the states and suport my famly.Any Ideas?

1. From my travels in the Pacific region, I'd be inclined to say the Philippines. I must temper my response with words of caution that you will probably find health care to be an issue along with many other conveniences we are accustomed to in the US.
