best places in florida?

me and my cousin are both 19 years old and are planning a trip to go to florida this spring break. we were wondering if yall could compare some places to go to like south beach, cocoa beach, orlando..etc. my brother is stying in melbourne, florida and was wonding if they had nice beaches, too. we dont want to spend too much money on our vacation. and how old do you have to be to get in most of the clubs in south beach? and what is there to do in cocoa beach? also in melbourne. and how much for a taxi, etc.

6. Hon South Beach is way out of your league if you are asking prices. If you are looking for tons of other kids your age Clearwater, Daytona, as still big. Theres a couple of places on the panhandle that are hot right now - I think Panama City. If you are into ecotourism that's a different story. but I have a feeling you aren't. That whole stretch in Clearwater,IndianRocks,St. Petes Beach etc are served by a Trolly service so that makes getting around pretty cheap.
