2. Biscayne Bay is the tops.... It isn't in Miami exactly. but is several miles south..... Once you have done the Art Decco area of Miami, there is nothing but the poor areas of Down Town.... Parking is a nightmare and very expensive, even in the hotels, who charge valet parking etc etc.... You can see lots of beaches and sand and thats about it, oh, unless you want to look at high rise office blocks....
