The average snowfall of small cities?

I'm trying to find the average yearly snowfall for a few small towns/cities up in Northern California ( French Gulch, Dunsmuir, Sweetbriar ), and I'm not having much luck. Is there a site out there that tracks this information?

1. Have you tried weather.com??? They usually have the snowfall for even the smallest cities. If you click on a month then it will show you precipitation. I was able to see my hometown (pop 1,400) had .4 inches of snow on Jan 14th. This will at least give you an idea.
