What is the Best European Destination?

What would be the ideal inexpensive european city/country destination for a bunch of guys in their late teens/early 20s? Preferably with a good beach, some site-seeing and shopping, for a stay of approx 7/14 nights during mid summer

3. I would say that the Balearic Islands in Spain would be a good choice. There is Ibiza, Menorca and Majorca - all have excellent beaches, great nightlife and there are some good deals. 4. Try Sunny Beach in Bulgaria - Everything in walking distance and cheap buses to the local towns of Bourgas and Varna. . The food is fantastic and the Bulgarians great. An experience of a life time. Go now whilst it's still relatively cheap and civilised! Good luck and one final piece of advice that will save you pounds. Don't carry suncream in your hand luggage. It's treated as a liquid and will be confiscated!

6. Croatia. Go to the city dubrovnik!
