Best hotel in Panama City, Florida for spring break?

Five of us are looking for a inexpensive hotel on the beach for spring break in Panama City, Florida. What is the best one that is in the middle of all the clubs and crowds? It is important that it is in the middle of all the action and as low priced as possible.

1. Honestly, they are all pretty much the same if you want to be right in the middle of everything. If you're going for price, you would be better off getting a place on Back Beach Road which runs parallel a couple blocks inland from Front Beach Road which is where all the action is. You won't be beach front, but you'll save a lot of money and you're still close.
2. I would recommend booking quickly. I checked and a lot of the hotels are sold out. 3. With the layout of Panama City Beach the full beach is in the action during spring break. The "center" of action during spring break seems to be the area around "The Holiday Inn Sunspree" and that area. Check out "thebeachloversbeach.com" for more hotels-motels-condos in the "middle beach" area.
