  1. Depending where abouts you're going to be, you could paddle down the "Peace River", go to Ten Thousand Islands Wildlife Refuge near Marco Island and do anything from exploring the inland channels, mangrove islands, see manatees, go kayaking, camp, hike, blah, blah, blah. Definitly go to Sanibel and Captiva Islands, especially for great shelling, beaches ,lighthouse, and food. Theres Thomas edisons home that is really neat as its so amazing. It not only has his lab on grounds but was also home of both himself and Henry Ford. You have the Everglades to venture and Naples. Just lots and lots to do in that area. Oh, yeah,, theres Ringling Barnum and Bailey Clown School and museum.
  2. Sanibel Island. It's in the Gulf of Mexico, with white sand beaches and clear warm water. It's great for shelling. I was there in April of last year and I had a great time. I stayed at the Sanibel Inn. Check out the site and you can let me know if you have any questions.
  3. hands down... everglades city its cheap and theres lots of "guy" stuff to do... airboat rides... fishing... gator wrestling... and stuff is CHEAP $1.50 for a beer at the bar dinner AND appetizer for $12 and you cant eat it all!!! this weekend is the everglades seafood festival GO NOW!!!! lol
