African american demographics in US cities?

Does anyone know which US cities have the highest percentage of african americans and which US cities have the lowest percentage?

2. Well, where I live in Gary, it's like 95% black, but I grew up in a 95% white city by here. Big difference!
3. new york, la, atlanta... a lot of large cities have a high percentage of african americans...oh yeah, chicago and detroit

6. I know Detroit has a large percentage. I remember reading 80% somewhere.
