which cities in the world have some of the best sea food?

i live in san francisco and the clam chowder is amazing. i was wondering, what cities in the us and outside anywhere in the world have the best SEA food? any addicional details info you want to add appreciated, thanks!

1. The inner harbor area of Baltimore I hear is great.
2. I'm sure any coastal city would have great seafood. They're right on the ocean!

4. Masset- Queen Charlotte Island- British Columbia!!!! MMMMMMMM you can even go 'crabbing' and get your own yummy seafood!!
5. Anywhere they fish from clean waters. Australia and New Zealand are great for this reason. Tokyo has the biggest fish market in the world (worth visiting). All kinds of seafood get flown in from all around the world daily. No-one eats as much seafood or puts as much time and effort or values the quality and freshness of seafood as much as the Japanese.
