Yes you are right... this is especially true for mid-eastern and south-east asian muslim countries I think its because city people are too busy working in their own busy lives, and simply dont have the time to be kind to others.. Villagers live a simple life without much problem, so they have the time to be polite, conserved and generally more kind-hearted... The only place in a city you will find kind hearted people who want service of others is in its mosques, while in villages good people are everywhere... :)
