Where is the best place to live in 2012?

Searching for the best location to live before and after 2012. Looking for good geographic location with good farmland, good tacticle defensive and offensive location, high enough to avoid the rising waters and offer protection against other major whether conditions. Also seeking advice on skills that would be valuable to trade above all others in the absence of value placed on money.

2. on mars. if dat doesn't appeal to you, pick nepal. hey, there is mount everest. but maybe texas isn't pretty bad either. i live in la though. now you're scaring me with the rising waters condition thing.

5. Wherever it is I hope the gas prices there arent 5 dollars a gallon. I would say: ATLANTA, GEORGIA PORTLAND, OREGON CHANDLER, ARIZONA BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN Good weather, good house prices, good people live in all these places, its a good place to stay in the future, there house rates have remained stable even through the current ecnomic worries, they have cheap tax, and arent poluted like the lagre cities that will soon be taken over by pollution, like new york.

9. Boulder Mountain in Utah or maybe some where in the Appalachian Mountain range? Skill's you'll need are basic survial, general carpentry for your home, self-defense, marksmanship and archery skills will also help. It also wouldn't hurt to know some general mechanical type skills for the generator you'll need to power anything you might have. Also learn basic radio operating skills and get a short wave 2-way radio for communication. Also learn general how to collect and store water as well as how to clean it. Good luck in 2012!
