Where is the best place to live in 2012?

Searching for the best location to live before and after 2012. Looking for good geographic location with good farmland, good tacticle defensive and offensive location, high enough to avoid the rising waters and offer protection against other major whether conditions. Also seeking advice on skills that would be valuable to trade above all others in the absence of value placed on money.

3. i prefer Austrailia, as any crossfire for missiles and/or nukes cant go over it, unless North Korea sneak attacks america over the antarctica which is unlikely. plus, peter jackson proved nearby new zealand is a great location for zombies, should a episode occur.
4. NW Arkansas is elevated high enough to withstand flooding. Located in the Ozark mountains it has plenty of job oppurtunity and the area is booming. However tornadoes and strong thunderstorms are a threat. As far as farmland Arkansas has some of the best. Well as far as skills for employment goes, that is something I myself am looking into myself. I think it would also be wise to learn some survival skills if you had not already. Good Luck
