What are the nicest cities in Florida with the following...?

I am considering moving to Florida and want a NICE city that has the following criteria: 1/ Ocean front property 2/ Shops, restruants, etc... 3/ Relitivly safe- Not crime rideled like Down Town Miami What about Palm Springs, etc............... thanks a million!!!

2. Sanibel Island is right in the Gulf of Mexico. It has shops and restaurants, and Fort Myers is just across the bridge, which has more shopping and restaurants. I think it is safe. I go there at least twice a year. http://www.sanibelisland.com/ http://www.sanibelflorida.com/
3. Lido Key, without a doubt. I live in Florida and have been all over the state, and never have I had such an amazing experience as at Lido. It;s on the Gulf Coast, and boasts properties on the Gulf and on the Intercoastal. Their shops and restauarants are top-notch, and it's really a beautiful place to live. Warm, balmy, and calm. :) If I could choose anywhere in the world to live, I'd choose there. The surrounding areas - Siesta Key in particular - are equally beautiful, although they are mostly vacation-based places as opposed to full-time residents.
