Best cities for Urban Planners (i.e JOBS)?

I am graduating (undergrad) next May, but want to be strategic with my job and grad school choices. I would LOVE to move back home to NYC, but I was wondering if anyone has suggestions in terms of job availability so I can investigate.

1. NYC probably has a lot of opportunity. Look at cities with lots of growth and development. Those need a lot of Urban planners.
