Honolulu vs. las vegas, which is a better city to live in?

for a single female?? my favorite activiites are dining and shopping, but the weather in Hawaii is TOO hot all year round for me to take, I'm going crazy here at least in Las Vegas, it is a little cooler during the winter months, down into the '50's right? plus I get tired of the Hawaiian local food, I miss the mainland so much!

1. i say honolulu is better. depends wat u like, and clearly u need to try las vegas for a while. but in hawaii at least u got the sea breeze to slightly cool you, and you can go for a swin. ur screwed in lv if u dont have a pool. its in the dessert maaaan!
2. Sounds like you've answered your own question! I wouldn't want to live in either place but if I had to choose I would take LV. I prefer a place with 4 distinct seasons. Hawaii is basically the same year round. I love to visit Hawaii and Las Vegas - just wouldn't want to live there.
