Best places to live between Denver and Greeley, Colorado.?
I will be relocating to Colorado the end of July to early August. I am a teacher and will be looking to teach in Colorado, more specifically Denver. My fiance is in medical school and will be doing his rotations in Greeley. Ideally we want something in between Denver and Greeley that is safe and affordable. Any ideas? What is standard for rent? I come from Massachusetts so I am unclear what a good price for rent would be. Ideally we'd like to rent a two bedroom house/apt.

- I would try Brighton, Colorado. Nice suburb of Denver, on the way to Greeley. You probably could rent a very decent two bedroom place for $800 to $850 per month. Good luck to ya.
- Hi, I live in North Denver and personally I like Westminster and Broomfield areas. A lot of development came up this recent years. Buildings are a lot newer too. They both are between Denver and Greeley. Colorado is generally safe and the reasonable rent for 2 bedroom at these 2 areas is from $650 to $1000. Search forrent.com, they will show you some pictures and the price range you want.
- Louisville, CO
- NONE. Unless your a Christian with blond hair.
- Broomfield, or Brighton. Both have easy access to Greeley, both have new development. 2 bed house, new build would be $1000 monthly. 2 bed town home $850, 2 bed loft which are really nice $850 to $1250 Loft apts have great amenities. 2 bed apt $650 to $850. Go to Coloradorentals.com Both cities or suburbs rather are rated safe in the Colorado index. Very nice open space living. I wish you both luck here!
- Try Thornton, they are building up a lot and the newer areas are really nice.
- Id have to say Louisville, ive never been but I heard it was nice. Where ever you go make sure you avoid Aurora.
- Louisville and Boulder would be good. But Boulder is rather expensive. Westminster and Broomfield also have nice pockets of neighborhoods.
