what are some of the best places to eat in new york city?

im going to new york city on vacation and im staying in times square i just wanna know what are some of the best places to eat. it can be anything from a great hotdog stand you know about to a really good steakhouse you know of or a hole in the wall chinese place or whatever it just has to taste really good

4. Here are some places that you will enjoy and all are near Times Square: Victor's Cuban Ben Benson's steakhouse Patsy's Italian City Lobster and Crab co. Down by Chinatown is Forlini's also great food and great people watching... Most of all, stay away from the chain restaurants (Applebee's TGIF, Red Lobster). You can eat there any time, any where. Check with the front desk of your hotel for their suggestions too. Have a great time!
5. It all depends on your budget. If you want to eat good in New York City, you should be willing to pay. Da Silvano Scalinatella Restaurant Nobu Cafe Bouloud Yes, they are overpriced but you get what you paid for and the ambiance crowd is 30-50 years old. Edit: In "Little Italy", you will find food for the big "tour bus groups" for 10 dollars but don't expect any good out of it! If you wanna go there, bring your Peptobismol ! Good luck !
