Best Places To Live In TEXAS?!?

Right now im currently living in tha valley, but i dont like it. i have three little girls and i want to be in a safe, quiet, decent place. DO YOU KNOW OF ANY PLACE? i do want to stay here in Texas and i also like tha suburb-type areas. thanx!
