best places to live

Best places to live in California?

Warm weather is important to me. Doesn't need to be right on the beach. Doesn't need to be near a college. Inexpensive for California. Looking for an apartment, not a house. A dog friendly community. GREAT club nightlife with layed back people in the city or town. (oh and lots of Cold Stone Creameries. I luuuuuv ice cream!!!) I asked this question three times? My internet has been screwing up lately. oopsies. thanks for the input. and yes, I am serious. Want to leave Silverthorne. It's too cold. It's a resort town so it's expensive as all hell and it's teeny. Plus I don't ski or board. Time to move.

  1. Anywhere in southern california, but it is pricey when it comes to Los Angeles and the OC. But you will love the weather, the culture, the nightlife, people here are definitely laid back and there are TONS of Cold Stone creameries. Trust me, you'll love it here.
  2. Wow, you are serious,,,,LA,,,but ,,,can be pricey,,,,
  3. Why do you ask this question 3 times? It sounds like you want a place like Victorville or Hesperia. Low housing costs, very warm weather, good clean air-quality, and Cold Stones too.
  4. One can eat only so much ice cream at a time, so, one ice cream store may suffice. If you like comedy clubs, then, SoCal is your place. Los Angeles and Pasadena areas have a show going on somewhere every night.
  5. try Los Angeles or Orange County..
  6. San Diego county is good. Warm weather but the water is cold. Lots of things to do. You'll probably love it.
  7. Carlsbad is pretty nice, Oceanside too. But why limit yourself to Cali?
