What are your top 10 best and worst places to live in the UK? (and why?)?

C4's recent prog. showed the top 10 worst places to live in the UK. Do you agree? What would your best and worst top 10 places be?

2. The worst is Aberdeen,. a dirty stinking toilet of a place. Freezing rain, depressing granite buildings, only one shopping street, congested roads, and unfriendly, inward looking, grim faced inhabitants who think the world stops at Stonehaven.
3. I believe Nottingham was one of the worst places, which is fine by me. There are enough people here already.
4. worst is Farnborough, Hants. Don't live here.....It sucks
