best places to live

Where is the best place to live in Tennessee?

So I'm thinking about moving to Tennessee. These are the things I'm looking for: -A small town feel -Somewhere where I can have lots of land/a farm -Less than 2 hours away from downtown Nashville -Not too many houses around I want to live somewhere where there isn't a lot of suburbs. I also would love to have at least 5 acres of land. I'm also willing to buy a very old house, so it doesnt matter the ages of the homes in an area. My price range would be up to about $200,000. But that can change. Please give me specific towns and areas, best answer gets an easy 10 points! Please help! I'm having an awful hard time finding the right place! I basically need somewhere out in the country. But not too far in the country. Somewhere where I can get lots ans lots of land.

  1. Franklin or Brentwood are nice places outside of Nashville.. Murfresboro is a college town.. Jackson or Lexington would also be good. also check out Birdsong
  2. There are cute towns beside Nashville, such as Cookeville. quiet nice.
