Where is the best place to live in the world?

Somewhere peaceful and yet lively and energetic. I'm thinking of leaving Malaysia and move to a better environment. I'm gonna turn 22 and have a degree in Marketing and PR. Would like to start a life somewhere other than my current country. Where do you think is the best. Just in your opinion and why do you think so? Do you think Australia is good? Why and why not? I don't fancy anything Korean, Chinese, Japan and such.. Pretty sure that I can't fit in the society. Somewhere which English is widely spoken :)

5. Well, I was in Cape Town ( South Africa) last month and it is a truly amazing place. Its modern, safe, lively and boasts incredible natural beauty...the beach front areas (camps bay, clifton area) are truly world class...and in recent years there has been an influx of large numbers of europeans settling there. If you have the opportunity or resources available, it is definitely worth a visit ...good luck with your plans of relocating!

Canada is excellent....Living standards are better than the US i am tired of people who are from the US claiming the US is the best place to live and when i went there i got the opposite..South Africa is also adventorous or somewhere in the caribbean. I hope you are also thinking of nature attractions too not just crowded city life
