Where is the best place to go in the Twin Cities for a big birthday party for a 24 year old college boy?

I want to pick a place for my boyfriends surprise party - he is turning 24. Somewhere in Minneapolis/St. Paul where a lot of people can go, maybe dance.

3. Go to the Bryant Lake Bowl. That is supposed to be fun. Or the metro has a Dave & Busters now. Though I have never been. You could hit a dance bar later.
