What is the best place in the world to live and why?

Why do you like where you live, or do you wish to be somewhere else? Do you regret not living where you think might be amazing?

1. Australia! It's hot and relaxed and people are (generally) friendly! The cost of living is not too high (yet) and it's soooooosoooooo easy to find jobs! AND there are some great things to visit and do here
2. Wherever you feel at home. I've seen many places which I liked a lot. And sometimes I dream about how living in those places would be. But then I never feel at home anywhere else than my hometown.
3. It depends on your priorities, likes, and dislikes. For me it is the Philippines because I love the sea, beaches, boats, and warm weather. I also like nice people, which this country is full of. The moderate level of chaos makes it all the more charming in my opinion. We had a power outage a few weeks ago. In the US or Europe, people would completely freak out. Here we just went and drank beer for a few days until it was back on.
4. Anywhere near the beach, where there's no crime, the weather's always hot. And there's no phone reception. Paradise!! Maybe Mauritius!
5. I live in SD and would like to live in Denver to have more of the seasons but not too much sun or too much rain. OR I would move to Greece or Italy. I definitely regret not moving, but I have kids and husband holding me back.
6. Dear Ingrid 7 maybe my answer will not serve you but it's the truth. I think the heaven is the best place but you can't descover it while you living in earth it contain many amazing thing the things that we cant imagine it or hear about it. but you should work hard and be good to go there
7. well to answer the darling cute little black and white puppy's question ! i personally have been many places on this spec of dust we call terra, and in every single place i have been , has it's pro's and con's. several are very pleasent and enjoyable to visit in my opinion, but as stated before have their drawbacks as well as far as a voyer and / or as a resident. there are several places i yet wish to experiance before my regeneration into a higher form of being, such as germany / england / china. as well as to explore and / or return to several other places again for enjoyment and relaxation. but when we get down to basics, it all depends on the person. in my case and opinion, indianapolis - indiana is where i was born and raised , even though it has it's good and bad points, it is home and it is familiar and comfortable because i understand it as an almost lifetime resident. and i believe that this is the true basis for each individual being , that as the old saying goe's......."there's no place like home".... need i say more !
