Using American currency, what are the 3 cheapest places in the world to live?

If I were to take a lump sum of American money and move somewhere, where would my money go the farthest?

2. It's not just where is it cheap. Iraq or Afganistan may be cheap, but would you want to live there?
3. Some of the cheapest places to live: - Somewhere near the South Pole - On the moon - And last but not least: an unpopulated isle. Why? Because there is no way to spend your money!

5. IMO Philippeans/Cambodia/Laos Nicaragua/Honduras/Guatemala Bolivia/Peru/Uruguay/Paraguay I'm sure there are some safe, cheap places in Africa, but I don't know which countries those are. ...sorry, that's 9
6. India, Canada, and anywhere in the Pacific rim, without giving up the basic necessities of life.
