What are the best cities to start over in so you could reinvent yourself?

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on what would be the best cities to start over in and create a new life. I currently live in the midwest and I hate it. I plan on relocating out west next year after I graduate college. Does anyone have any ideas on what are the best cities to start over in?

Orlanda.... if you like laid back big cities, still lots to do, I think you should check into Charlotte NC.. or Pensicola FL
4. okay. well ireally dont know what to tell u as far as specific cities, but my first priority would be get my priorities straight. how far frm family? how active? etc. the things that could influence ur life. go away from distractions and alot of the things that could influence ur decisions. i remember going to a small province in mexico, and jes realizing how great the comunity and the meaning of family meant. they had no tv's or theaters, so they really became very sociable.
