Distance from different cities in California?

If i go to San Jose, how far is it from San Francisco, LA, San Diego, Las Vegas.. and say let's include Mexico. I have a friend to visit in San Jose and of course since I am already there, might as well visit other places. Please let me know.. Thanks for your responses.

1. San Jose from SF could be anywhere from an hour to two. SF to LA is about 6 hours, and LA to San Diego is another two hours. SD to Mexico is about half an hour. LA to Vegas is about 5 hours. Have fun!

3. san fran to san jose about 1 1/2 hour by car. san fran to la about 8 hours by car. la to san fran about 1 hour by car. san diego to mex you are about 1/2 hour . there is a tijuiana trolley car train system that takes people to and from. cheap and efficient. la to las vegas about 8 hours by car. the drive is beautiful by car highway one from san fran to la. monterrey is a beautiful cliffside town , worth a stop and look out . redwood forest is a wonder to see . the drive through tree. san deigo , see the huge ships / government and cruise ships . also has big zoo and a nature water center. sounds like a great trip / enjoy yourself you could get flights from la to vegas cheap / it's easier to fly than to make the long drive .. unless you enjoy driving and have lots of time.
