Where are the great places to work in the world?

Don't just give me tax saving places. I'm looking for a good size city that I can get a good job at. I should be able to put money in the bank too, so cost of living should not be outregeous.

1. I would say Buffalo, NY I've also heard Arizona. I know the cost of living is low, so if you go there, when you get a decent job, you'll be set.
2. In the U.S., Portland, Colorado Springs, Fort Worth, Tampa/St. Pete, Nashville. You can rent a nice place for less than 25% of your bring home in those locations.
3. blackwater, or dynocorp are great places to work you travel to places you thought you never go and make a killing
