List some great places for a black male to live in world?why?

i was in navy been to different places in world and oddly enough felt more welcomed in other countries that in U.S.

3. somewhere your not in the minoritie, depending how comfortable you feel in your skin as some places are more welcoming than others if that is not to cheeky to say :-)
4. The filp side is also true. My wife and I as whites felt that we were far more genuinely welcomed by the black natives in Africa than we ever had been by the blacks in the U.S. I think that the U.S. is the best place in the world for a black male to live and it would be an even better place if you lose any defensiveness you have and expect to be welcomed by everyone the way the blacks in Africa welcomed us. It would really be nice. Let it be their misfortune if you are not. Not yours.
5. Philippines, it is cheap to live in this country!
