Best place to live in the world?

It's a freebie... explain why it is the best place to live.. here's mine.... Monterrey, California.. b/c it has a constant low, cool temperature, everything is basically 5 minutes away, and osm food!

4. I've visited and lived in several cities and I think all cities have good and bad things about them. Some of them that I liked were Phoenix, Chicago, and Toronto. But those examples have either extreme heat or cold.
5. Québec Because you have a hot summers and cold winters, with comfortable springs and falls, you're safe from any major natural disasters (earthquakes, tornados, hurricanes, tsunamis, volcanoes) and everyone is nice. Also, the language is fun to talk ^^
6. Oregon... anywhere in it! the food is great because there is fish caught everyday. The whole environment is wonderful. Go to Cannon Beach, the best beach in the world. it is so pretty and there are these cute little shops along it. Also, downtown Portland is so clean and nice. They have this huge nike store there. Also, down in this one area - pretty much in the middle of nowhere- there is a little town that is on a huge river. In the little town there are 6 white water rafting places- those are so much fun! Also, you can see Mt. St. Helens from Oregon and it is so pretty. There is rain in Oregon so it doesn't get too hot and then there are those sunny days that are perfect around 75 degrees... yup oregon is great :]
7. If you are talking about the entire world, then Iceland was voted as the best place to live according to studies in msn.com. It has the lowest mortality rate and highest life expentancy. Its very clean and health services and insurance are highly affordable. Pollution is the lowest.
