I will be relocating to Cheshire. Where are the best places to live with low crime, good schools and shopping?

I will be working in North Wales 15 mins away from the border, but would like to live in English side close to work for the most an hour's drive away from work.

2. Heswall. Halfway between Chester and L'pool for the shopping, quick access to North Wales if you need a bit of wilderness, goodish schools.
