Where is the best place to live in Las Vegas for a twentysomething single man?

I've been living in Vegas for about two years and my lease is up. I'm looking for something more specific than just "Downtown" or "Henderson," more like specific condo/apt areas or neighborhoods where the younger single women tend to congregate. I will probably buy, but renting is an option if I can't find anything I want to buy. Thanks!

2. Both Chateau Calais and Presido has a lot of single ladies around. They're both on Seven HIlls Dr. (obviously in Seven Hills in Henderson). There's a little bar down the street that attracts a lot of the locals nightly and Green Vally Ranch is only 5 mins away I live in a house, but I know a few people that live in each place and I go to the pools there on occasion.
